Besides punching, plates can also be drilled to perforate media. Generally, plates are drilled when the material is thicker than the diameter of the perforation.
There are 3 ways we can apply a hole by drilling:
Step drilled;
Cylindrical drilled;
Conical drilled;
Our available hole diameter is between 0,80mm. and 6,00mm. Depending on the diameter of the hole we can process 6.000 x 2.000mm. plates with a thickness up to 30mm.
The diameter of the perforation is between 0,80mm. and 6,00mm. After drilling the plates can be finished with sandblasting or electrolytic polishing.
